Something ran that should not have? Send it to us with enough detail to trace it, and we will act on it
1. What to report
If you have seen something on inventory or a creative that ran through Adspiro and it should not have, tell us. We act on reports from anyone — partners, publishers, and members of the public alike.
- Malicious, deceptive or auto-redirecting creatives
- Inventory sold by a party not authorized to sell it, or a SupplyChain that does not match ads.txt or sellers.json
- Invalid or non-human traffic
- Ads that breach our content standards, or that are placed against content they should not appear beside
- Privacy concerns about data processed through the platform
2. What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can trace the request through the auction log:
- The site domain, app bundle or stream where you saw it, and the placement
- Date and time, with the time zone
- The creative’s landing page or click URL, and a screenshot or recording if you have one
- Any campaign, deal or request identifier you were given
3. How to reach us
Email connect@adspiro.io with "Report Abuse" in the subject line. We review every report and reply to the address you write from. Where a report concerns personal data, it is handled under our Privacy Policy.
